Lived in these apartments almost 3 years. Never had a single issue with any of the other tenants other than a small (music) noise complaint. It was taken care of quickly. If we had any issues with anything that needed fixing The staff got the maintenance men right on it. The staff is very friendly and care about your needs. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an apartment that isn't too expensive.
