Professional from start to finish! Replaced several windows and doors in two days. The replacement of an deteriorating bay window in the living room transformed that space. Their team was a pleasure to work with and they produced a quality job.
After a very long 9 months, our house was finally completed by Travis from Copper Creek. The only reason I’m changing my review back to 5 stars is because of Travis. Edited to add: After our roof was done, we were ghosted and to this day we are still waiting to get the rest of our house done. 4 months later… We’re now on our THIRD representative. Copper Creek got a nice job done on the roof in one day, including doing all the sheeting when it turned out that was soft and they got the gutter filters back on too best of all got they with the adjuster from the insurance company so I didn’t have to mess with that headache.
Several days where nobody ever showed up also several days where they were late several days where they only worked two or three hours a day project took a week longer than it should’ve. I had to come out and fix the ceiling. They replaced three times and then claimed it was my house’s fault. and when I asked about compensation for the days, they didn’t show up didn’t even call still have not heard anything back from them. Unacceptable.
Brad, Josh and their siding crew did a great job on our siding, soffits, and facia. It was part of another day to do the gutters and gutter guards. It looks exactly as how we had decided and they were done with our entire house in two days. Brad and Josh kept us updated as to when they would be out, what was going on, etc. We are well pleased and have already recommended Copper Creek to others. Thanks, guys!!
