Hooray for beer! I have absolutely no doubts about giving Copper Creek "world class" rating as they have quite possibly the best micro-brewed beer on earth. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and the food is pretty good....especially the beef skewers. The staff is always friendly, as well. If you like beer, PLEASE, for the love of God do not order a damn Coors Light when you are here. It's a brewery of goodness My friends and I really like this place. It's one of the nicer bars in Athens for sure. They have their own little brewery which is a very nice touch. They've got a great selection of beer, good food, and decent prices.
Great bar Excellent place to go and have a beer or few in Athens, always an interesting selection of home-brewed styles. Not much experience with the food, but the wings are on the better side with a wide selection of good sauces. Definitely a place to stop by in Athens, especially for Happy Hour
Good beer, good food Nice place to hang out--often gets a little overlooked among the more raucous beer places, but here they brew their own. Used to have wonderful soups in winter.
In house brewery, Great happy hour! Copper creek brews it's own beers and while I'm not a great fan of beer, my boyfriend and his friends are big fans of the wide variety and good quality of the beers. I like it for the dollar shots during the happy hours. They have an extensive shot list.
