RecommendedJean and Irby Management made our experience living here a blessing! We had moved here in February and have been treated with such kindness. We had to move out today due to having to relocate quickly due to my FIL’s health. Jean made the move out process quick and painless, even having to break the lease early. I HIGHLY recommend Irby Management and Copper Creek Apartments. They are well maintained and high quality.
Nice place to live but don’t bother cleaning when you leave. We left the place much better than when we moved in and they still took the $80 deposit. It was spotless and knowing that we already left the keys and moved to another state, they then call us to say if we come back and clean again then we can keep the money.
they always hollering about RENT!! but don’t never fix anything in these apartments
Absolutely love living here! The only thing that would make it better is if we had a pool or more equipment in the fitness room like a treadmill ☺️
There is not adequate parking. one of our cars was towed because my daughter forgot to switch the parking tag to my car. I am disabled and unable to walk to where the additional parking is. On the way back from taking her to pick up the car I got lost as I am not familiar with the area where the car was taken. I pulled over and passed out in my car...was rushed to hospital with heat stroke. I was discharged on Monday evening. The office does not take packages and you cannot mail from here. I don't know what the staff does...... read more
