Is it closed? Had dinner with a friend here a few months ago. Everything was delicious. The bartender recommended a chicken sandwich as big as my catchers met and she was not exaggerating. It says it's open Tuesdays on the door and online, it's a Tuesday and they are closed. I will be very sad if this is true. Edit: 8/15/2026 - checked again.... Saturday night and they are closed... But there is an "under new management" sign in the window. I look forward to their next manifestation.

The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is definitely worth experiencing. It’s a great local spot to enjoy a good meal and unwind. Next time you’re downtown Ansonia, be sure to stop by and check them out.
They are great guys but the service is slow. The food is just ok. My steak bites were well done. I asked for medium rare. The served our food. We waited for utensils, when the food came my drink was gone and they didn't even ask to replenish or even ask if I wanted water. The entertainment was awesome though!!
