Great venue, we sat outside for a more quiet dinner. The service was exceptional and the food delicious.

The bartender yesterday (Sunday, 10/29 around 3:30) was excellent! Extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. My parents are coming to visit very soon and we absolutely cannot wait to take them there. Yesterday was our first trip to Copper Canyon but will certainly not be the last. Also, but not an aside, the host that greeted us when we walked in was absolutely wonderful as well. Extremely sweet and genuine. It should be illegal or criminal to serve patrons raw chicken - right? I mean, someone can die, literally DIE. Well, that’s what happened to us on a special night celebrating my daughters birthday. To make matters worst, the manager cane over “unapologetic” and informed us that the chicken is slow cooked on a grill — and that somehow was suppose to justify RAW PULTRY BEING SERVED TO MY YOUNG CHILD and us.
