If zero stars were an option, I would give zero stars. I feel as though my time is not valued when I visit Dr. Trinh. I am often left waiting for extended periods of time, after having scheduled an appointment. I often feel as though my thoughts and how I feel about the prescription is not taken into account. I was told that last year I chose a prescription based on convenience. I vividly remember telling Dr. Trinh that I wanted to try a different strength in my contacts and she said no, and left me with the lesser strength.... read more
