Dr. Copland treated us with respect and dignity, even though we had medicaid, when others look down on you. He was SO GOOD with my 5 year old daughter. He is the only dentist that she would open her mouth for without screaming. He generously met with us right away on a weekend as well. Very Kind and professional.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

No, it seems like they care about money more than me Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? It's interesting that the only dentist in Great Falls who accepts Medicaid patients drives in from Helena! All of the Great Falls dentists are greedy and don't care about this community. I called every one of them, but they don't want poor children for patients. Like it's my kids' fault the company I worked for went under and I lost my job. When I do get another full-time job with dental benefits, I'm going to remember that Kalmor Dental is the ONLY dentist who wasn't too much of a snob to treat my children. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
