Fabulous every time I visit ! Service exquisite , food delectable and always presented beautifully ! Everything tastes so very fresh ! My favorite spot in the desert ! Love the history as well ! Vintage Palm Springs dining !
The ambience of the evening was fantastic. The food melted in my mouth, and the dessert was amazing. I'd go back every night if it were possible.
An unusual Palm Springs rain on New Year's Eve blocked this review from being a five-star! Management and chef however served our party of 10 beautifully and under difficult circumstances. Thank you sincerely for your skill and efforts in making our Copley's New Year's experience one to remember. The scallops, beef & salmon...and desserts were exceptional.
