Copleys On Palm Canyon is Excellent Fine Restaurant. Your going to love this place the food is just outstanding, pricey yes a two to three times a year date for most yes. If you get the chance to take the wife or husband here they will love it. Loved it! Loved it! The atmosphere is also very inviting.
RecommendedLonnie was the perfect server, on the perfect evening in Palm Springs. Wonderful drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert with perfect unhurried but right there service; I can’t think,of a better place for a special birthday celebration.
Just ok. Not worth the price. It is an iconic location so I’ll give it that but no.

Food was amazing, a little slow to make its way to the table but the waiter was great and kept us updated. The chilled pea soup was the best thing I tasted in a whole week of dining in Palm Springs, and the lavendar lemon pound cake was lighter and fluffier than its name and tasted like it just came out of the oven. Highly recommend and we will be back many times.
