This was my home for 3 years in Buffalo. Never had any troubles. Rent was affordable and the maintenance team were good.
We have been living here since 2019 and the experience has always been good. For the last 5 years, we requested for maintenance service only once, and the staff was super helpful. If you are coming to UB, this apartment has decent location. The only recommendation that I can think of is to improve the laundry room but other than that everything is good!

This property has been very stressful to live at. There have been multiple occasions where I woke up to get ready for work and my hot water wouldn't be working. I would call the emergency line and they wouldn't be able to give me estimated times. I am a very busy person so this meant on multiple occasions I would be late to work because of this.
