Do not call in a crisis unless you want to go somewhere inpatient. Two women were dispatched to a man, and the woman brought police "for their safety" and took my friend despite the fact he was getting ready for work. They entrapped him and caused significant damages. This place is seriously a joke. He was instructed to call and ask for a specific male employee and the representative stated they cannot confirm or deny his status and are unable to transfer to the requested male and are unable to transfer to an administrator. ... read more

They need zero stars. Their hands are tied on everything and they make POOR clinical judgements. Also, they don’t provide copies of anything you sign.

For anyone looking for help, do not call this place. I have been calling them for over a year trying to get help for my daughter. No one has helped. All they do is make excuses and tell you what they can't do. We called them out just last week while my daughter was in a full psychotic episode, and they did nothing. Please call someone else if you need help. I have spoken with several reps and they all ask the same questions, same responses with promises of assistance. Always the same-call 211 or are you suicidal? I am not but if I was I would be gone by now. I feel like I am getting the serious run around so how does that help anyone?
