Beware — lease cancelled after I signed & paid I signed a lease with Dr. Copen Stephen and paid the agreed amount in full. After the lease was signed and payment was made, he abruptly cancelled the lease and refused to honor it, leaving me without housing and causing significant stress and financial hardship. I had a signed lease and paid a deposit for an apartment at 200 S Reeves Dr, Apt 6, Beverly Hills. The landlord, who lists under a different name on Zillow, repeatedly told me the unit was mine and would not be given to anyone else once I paid. I strongly advise caution before renting with STEVEN COPEN. My security deposit was never returned within the legal deadline, even though I left the space spotless and was always told I was a respectful tenant. During move-out, the landlord brought an entire family to view my room without proper notice. This man has no ethics! Half of Beverly Hills is his and he still kills for money. Most of the likes here in google reviews are from his wife's family and friends. He is destroying the name of Judaism by being evil. Copen is the father of lies. I'm sorry that he is a doctor.

Last year I was in the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai. I spotted a doctor who looked really familiar. "Is that Dr. Copen?" I wondered. So, I googled his name and was shocked to learn about a scandal he was involved in. I could not believe it.
