I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this property management group, particularly with Michelle Nevins. The interactions often felt more focused on maximizing profits than on providing quality service or clear communication with tenants. Policies were inconsistently applied, and when I asked Michelle for clarification, responses often felt dismissive or evasive. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is awful. Our board hired them a few years ago. Communication is terrible and when an issue arises the blame game start. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They have terrible ratings for good reason.
Staff and the owner treat customers like they hired you, when they are supposed to be providing you service for what you/your property pays them. They talk down to customers. Are rude in meetings. Will give opinions that are un-researched and inaccurate. Very unprofessional. They increase fees, but dont provide better service. Unethical practices. Not trustworthy. Look somewhere else, don't hire them.
