Easy application process. Helpful staff. Grounds are impeccably maintained. Apartment at move-in was in like new condition. Residents are friendly. Vacancies are rare and I was lucky to have applied when I did. Very happy to call Copeland Creek home!
This nice senior complex is run by Reliant Group Management. Excellent location on Enterprise Drive & ridiculous HUD application process to qualify for a small apartment lease offer. Lucky for me, I have stacks of cash & leased at The Lenox (ie: market-rate) across from the RP Senior Center, just like useless Copeland Creek Apts. The Reliant website is sooooo stupid targeting "Active Seniors," and I fell for it. The only activity I notice at this useless complex are caregivers & Rohnert Park Fire details.
