Great experience. Staff was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. It was the first car buying experience that I ever had where I wasn't stressed to be at the dealership for more than 5 minutes.

I am writing this review to share the utterly unacceptable experience I had at Copeland Chevrolet. I came in for what was supposed to be a simple oil change and a quote for a tire monitor sensor repair. What followed was a complete waste of my time and a shocking display of incompetence. After waiting for over an hour, I asked a representative for a status update, only to be told they had already removed the tires from my car—a step that was completely unnecessary for the services I requested.
