everyone i've met at this clinic is absolutely splendid!! i'm often a bit nervous about going to the doctor, especially alone, but everyone here has always made me feel right at home with no stresses. doug kasteler, codi, and tallie rhead in particular have worked with me and it's always a delightful experience with them, everybody is very kind and down-to-earth and easy to chat with! thank you guys!
Just received a call about making an appointment. Instead of listening to my concerns I was made to feel like I was an aggressor. After stating multiple times that I wasn’t trying to argue (takes 2 people sweetie own some accountability and stop deflecting) I was told that it sure sounds that way by the person calling me. I do believe there in an appropriate response to someone declining to schedule. It’s not to harass them and make them feel in the wrong. YOU called me. I love Doctor Douglas Kasteler! He’s my favorite doctor. I’ve been with him for 15+ years or so. He’s looked after me and always made sure I’ve gotten in to get the care I’ve needed. He has an amazing reputation in the community, and has done so much and touch so many people’s lives in the best way. He has a very special place in my heart.
Tallie Rhead is an excellent clinician! She listens well and makes you feel heard and understood! I would recommend her to anyone!
