2 months ago knew who I was , was struggling w PTSD reached out for help. Was fine until I was hospitalized and put on 2 meds by a provider that cause homicidal ideation did my research. Lost income my sense of self and I'm still recovering and scared out of my mind . I was fully functional do not trust cope .
If you ever get amiee ask to have someone else she is a horrible provider she can’t do her job right she will talk about you in stores not knowing your on the other isle but giving information to whoever she is on the phone with about you and she’s just a very very bad provider. Bring back oldfather or Ashley they know the struggle and actually helped amiee will call you a loser junkie to whoever she’s on the phone with laugh about it and then deny service because you called her out. Five minutes too much to ask? So is five stars.
Scary environment, everytime I walk in there i feel the subtle pressure that I am unwanted, disliked, or being handled with extreme caution. Not friendly. The staff has bumper stickers on their cars that say "do something with your life that would make a mediocre white man angry" meanwhile they try to back pedal their gross racist propaganda to give me "help". How are they supposed to help mentally ill white people if they think they are inherently racist?
As a new patient, I've had several visits in the last 2.5 months. From my first visit I've been treated by front office staff and billing with the utmost care and professionalism. Phone communications are prompt, thorough, and friendly. As a health care worker of 30 years I can appreciate the demands nowadays made on healthcare employees. Burnout is par for the course. I don't sense this at all at Cope Community Lakeside.
