I'm attempting to work with CoPart through my insurance company for a damaged vehicle. The professionalism simply isn't there so far. I called CoPart at noon today to synchronize a pickup. Driver named Dre calls at 4PM, shows up at 6PM, & refused to take vehicle.
Very but very poor customer service you can’t rev the car like a normal customer They will kick you out if they feel like you hurt their feelings manager is very rude protects their workers I guess good customer service doesn’t exist for them, these people are not recommended!
