Worst customer service ever. The company was supposed to store my 2017 Ford Expedition while USAA completed their total-loss settlement. The local Tucson office tried multiple times to get me to sign the vehicle (title) over to them in order for them to take free possession. When I refused to sign over the title and send it to them via their unsecure website, they all but threatened to do physical harm.
