How does this place operate ? Can't see vehicles from the street and not allowed to go in and look. What type of business is this ?
Copart Macon doesn't deserve a 1 star. They are misleading on their pictures and damage description. I spoke with Manager and doesn't care about their customers. They only care about the big insurance companies.
All I am going to say is up to this point I have talk to many of the girls and they was nice . I went in and encountered there loud mouth bad attitude General Manger. I think her name is Brandy She is so unprofessional and she a bully I feel sorry for whoever work under her dictatorship, because she is far from a manger . She need some real training how to deal with customers.
