Terrible experience. Not handicap-friendly—no bathroom, nowhere to sit, long wait. They gave my spot away in seconds, and when I called it out (because I was upset), the staff got defensive. They assume everyone uses a smartphone, which makes it hard for elderly or disabled people. Do better, Copart Las Vegas.
Royal waste of time
All of the tellers were very helpful and friendly!!!...the pleasantness of the team there really helps people a lot with the difficulty of the loss of their vehicles.
Absolutely disrespectful to have customers out in the sun for over an hour just to do a simple transaction like picking up a title.
