Unfortunately, my Mercedes-Benz C300, 2019 w/55,000 miles was totaled by my insurance Co. Vin#: 55SWF8DB5KU312028. It has not been auctioned yet. I had an unusual accident whereby I ran over a tree stump. The damage to my car was to the wheel (rack& pinion, radiator, etc. )-the car won't steer. I am very dissatisfied with the Woodhaven copart because they completely ruined the front bumper assembly of a vehicle I paid for in their lot. The picture from the auction sale showed a completely intact front and I received a mangled unusable front bumper in pieces in the back seat!! They would not stand behind this yard accident and only offered to receive back the car and pay me back with me providing transportation. had to go to obtain personal belongings from my granddaughter's car one was a very expensive sound system. Called the day before to be sure we had what we needed asked about hours and process they stated they close at 5 seemed rushed on the phone like they did not want to help. got there the next day a little after 4 was told we could not remove anything from the car after 4:00. Dishonest employees. After my car was totaled my ins. company took it to Copart where I was told I could retrieve my personal items. When I went to do so, I found the majority of my items moved to the trunk, but after taking inventory I noticed about $100 in small items missing (chargers, charging ports, a tire pressure gauge, and a code scanner etc.) When I complained at the desk they seemed pretty unconcerned and annoyed.
