Hope your insurance doesn't use them for totaled vehicles, they are horrible! My wife hit a deer and totaled her vehicle, unfortunately my insurance uses Copart. I set up for them to pick up the car so we could get payment on the claim on 5/22 and told them the car was in my garage so I would need them to call ahead and I would pull the car out of the garage.
