RachJ: Wish I had read your post earlier. I am well aware my daughter should have cleaned out her car when wrecker picked it up. I DON'T CARE how big of a hurry they were in, GET YOUR PERSONAL STUFF. Our Insurance, Travelers, towed her car 80 miles to Copart. We never knew the car left town!! Thanks, Travelers !! We drive 80 miles to find the car, and you guessed it, no personal items were recovered. Ignition key was taped to steering column. Key ring and all other keys are missing. Autobidmaster is a registered Copart broker and a trusted portal for online salvage vehicles auction. Definitely I would like to recommend to others who are interesting in online wrecked vehicle auction.
Of course Copart is a name to be trusted, and there is no doubt that there business is at a very high level of organisation. But I must say that having also tried a Repokar Auto Auction, I was pleasanlty surprised to notice that there is not great difference, but I find repokar.com easier to go through, but of course it is a personal opinion and nothing more... Anyway Thanks again Copart!
I would recommend AutoBidMaster, a registered Copart Broker. Sales support was great. All problems reported were fixed immediately with not questions asked. Entire sale was fast smooth and professional.
Wonderful auction, I like your services
Truck went there right after accident to see if it would be totaled. Ended up being repairable. However they wiped me clean...took all my knife sets, GPS, CDs and even broke out my change holder!! Didn't return anything! Even broke my back up camera taking my plate off. Untrustworthy company..beware.

The customer service displayed by them was one of the greatest I have experienced. The purchase of the vehicle did not work out for me but they made lemonade out of a lemon experience for me. Thank you for the great service. I heard that Repokar is also a great place i may say it is worth to visit them.
Very very very good way to buy a car! If you decided to go to Copart Auto Auction in Lansing MI YOU NEED TO GO test drive the cars because some of them are in incredible condition and others are just in average condition. I look at a few Honda Civics and won a 1998 EX Honda that has 154 thousand miles that I could not find one thing wrong with it except that it had a gas tank on empty.
