This company has no since of time. I have had a pick up time for a vehicle for 2 days now. They give you bullshit run around and why they haven’t or can’t pick up the vehicle. First it was the tow truck broke down now the power was out so the sent most of the drivers home . We line it a time where we have cell phone and laptop top have batteries. Just tired of getting jerked around. Can’t ever have the decency to call someone and say hey we can’t make it today.

I’m my car holder truck driver i’ve been all over the United States Copart and I never see copper like here disrespectful rude inside employees I’m just asking them. I wanna make a U-turn at the circle but they employee park the car on the circle not supposed to be parked there and I asked politely just to move the car please and this manager said no she don’t want to move the car so I stuck there for an hour and they refused to give my customer’s car until I move my truck.
