Our roof looks amazing, Copal did a great job. The whole processes was easy. Matt our sales rep was a pleasure to work with, he was involved the whole project. He explained the whole Insurance processes. Matt and his team made phone call to our Insurance company on our be half. Lisa in the office was great to deal with as well. Would recommend them to all.
Copal exceeded our expectations on replacing our roof and gutter guards. All of the workers were so professional and respectful. The quality of their work including the cleanup afterwards was top notch. Kudos to Matt Poelker for a job very well done.
Did not have a bad experience with the company them self, but DO NOT recommend working with Stew in any way. Very arrogant and unprofessional. Lacks basic communication skills and he has zero respect for your time. Will show up either 5-10 mins early, 30-45 mins late with no communication, or just won't show up at all when promised with again, no communication. Such an easy process from start to finish! Very professional and friendly crew. We had an aging roof with wood damage that was discovered while adding onto our home. They replaced our existing roof and did the new roof addition as well. Came out right away for our estimate and started work the day the shingles came in! The roof is beautiful and prices were the best around.
