En el pasado escuche a bolivianos que viajaron a Seattle, Washington hablar lo bueno que era El Café Copacaban. Lamentablemente los tiempos han cambiado. Este no se puede llamar Bolivian Restaurant, los pocos platos bolivianos que tienen son un desastre. La papa a la huancaina, no es con aji de mani, tampoco es aji peruano, lo peor de todo, parece que estaba el plato en el refrigerador, pues la salsa estaba pegada firmemente a las papas, no habian salteñas a medio dia, el salpicon, nada que ver, cualquier cosa menos salpicon... read more
