I've been going here for mental health and addiction help for over 5 years now well close to it. Point being this is hands down some of the best people I've met. If you want help and are willing to receive it these people are here to help!!! Thanks all!!!
The front people need to get the right information
I don’t feel like Copa Health has been good for me. I have never gone into this facility feeling like anyone here listened to or validated my feelings. I have been socially embarrassed by a woman at the front desk. There was no repercussions or anything to correct her behavior nor were my feelings even remotely concerned about. I saw her treat other clients rudely and condescending. I did notice that she no longer works there but they just replaced her with someone else who isn’t any different.
