This is the place I got my wheelchair from 5 years ago and asked them about ordering a seat to replace the one that is tearing up. The owner told me he couldn't replace the seat, which was a lie. I went right in town and had one ordered from another company. I personally felt like it was because of my race because I know several people who had chairs fixed down there that were white.
