Friendly, caring staff and Dr. Gandi is Awesome! Not only have they been great to me but they have been Awesome to some new clients who moved here from another town and were mistreated by another local dentist office. Coosa Dental took them right in and cared for them. Customer Service/Client Service is everything.
Awesome staff! Thanks for seeing me as a new patient. After giving me the antibiotics I needed without ever sitting in a waiting room chair, I was examined and x-rayed and given a treatment plan. I came in today to have 8 extractions done and was amazed how quickly the staff got me into the chair and went to work. Dr. Outlaw, you are the man! I had zero pain during the procedure, and I am amazed that I have had zero pain since the shots wore off. I can smile again!!!
They say Gandy is good but Outlaw is awesome on extractions! I have had several teeth pulled by other dentist but outlaw is the best. Everyone there very very nice no snobs there, really really nice professionals!
This is my all time favorite dentist office. Love everyone who works there. I am terrified of dentists but every single person there puts me at ease. I broke a tooth 2 years ago and I had to give in and go to the dentist. I'm so glad I gave them a chance. Now I go for all my regular checkups. I highly recommend them.
The staff at Coosa Dental is so friendly and caring. The ladies there are great patient advocates! This is where I will be bringing my family from now on. I am so thankful that they didn't just give me medicine and send me away, like many others would do. Thank you ladies!
