I just came to inspect a unit in this tower and the agent kept asking me about my race and nationality. How is that relevant to the tenancy? If you only rent to people of certain nationality then why don't you write it in your Ads? I'll have to check with RTA I'm sure this is illegal on top of being rude and unprofessional. I called the landline of the management and a lady picked up the call and introduced herself when I started my question she said sorry I'm not in the office now call me later. Lots of positive reviews here are for Coorparoo Square, not the Coorparoo Square Apartments. Try writing a negative review, management will report/delete it. Yes, it's that bad here.
I have been a tenant of CS Apartment for a few years. Amanda Corbett is unprofessional, disrespectful rude individual. I highly recommend you do not rent with these buildings and if you do make sure you are aware of your rights and liaise with the RTA to provide clarity to when exiting a property.
