Terrible customer service, not helpful at all! Tried to forward an application for rental to keep on file and was told “it’ll probably just get lost” secondly attempted to arrange a quick viewing of amenities as that was apparently to hard to facilitate. I own 3 investment properties and I will be sure to never engage the services of this agency. Good luck, it’s a shame because I’m sure the owners are paying for better services than this.
These apartments are beautiful, which makes it even more disappointing that the property management is so unprofessional, rude, and poorly informed about RTA legislation. Amanda Corbett was, without exaggeration, one of the most unpleasant people I have dealt with in real estate. Her communication showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. I would not recommend this apartment or its property management. The property managers were unreliable and unresponsive to maintenance issues, the oven never worked and was never repaired despite multiple requests. There was also mould in the apartment, yet the rent was still increased. Very disappointing experience overall.
