Had a horrible experience with the very unprofessional surgical staff at the Highland location. The surgeon went away for personal reasons and I was left to my own devices. My follow up appointment was canceled at the end of business the day before my appointment and pushed back two more weeks. I went to Coordinated Health after injuring what I thought was my knee. I was misdiagnosed with a torn meniscus after X Rays were taken. I had two therapy sessions, and was told to do the exercises twice a day, some of which were weight-bearing. After a month I was still in pain, so they finally scheduled an MRI, which revealed a stress fracture of the tibia. My insurance paid $1270.90 for AN office visit and I was still charged $75 PLUS $189.10 which went to collections. When I called to question the legitimacy of these charges I was told CH bills as a hospital so the charges are higher. I asked if I could talk to somebody else and I was told no, THAT's JUST How It IS! I asked for the billing representatives name and she said I go by "Chris" and that's all I'm telling you. Went there for an ankle injury and the doctor didn’t even examine me and told me it wasn’t broken. Two days last I got an X-ray and it was broken. Also watch your bills closely because they double billed me $20. I’m assuming if you do that to enough people you make a lot of extra money. It is all together way more expensive than the other local hospitals. This was my first time there and last. I called the billing department and talked to several people and still got no real answers and attitude.

Expensive. This place bills like a hospital and the bills you receive after the insurance portion is insane. When you call their billing office no one can explain the charges beyond that it is what they are allowed to bill. They also don't return calls about questions on bills. RUN from this place, RUN!

Worst physician's network in the Lehigh Valley! Coordinated Health's standard of care and attention to their patients is severely lacking to say the least. My husband went in for foot pain to the Foot and Ankle specialist on schoenersville road (Dr. Sauer) and after spending a mere 5 minutes with my husband he diagnosed him and walked out the door without ever even glancing at my husband's intake form which had never left my husband's hand. Horrible experience here. I have a high deductible plan, so I am used to paying full price early in the year. Coordinated Health went way past that. I went to see a physician in their group over a condition I was having trouble with, and no other doctors had success treating it. I saw Coordinated Health's doctor for less than five minutes and he told me there was nothing he could do. That's not the bad part. The bad part is a month later when I received a bill for $212.
