Horrible horrible customer service. Spend 3 hours of time jumping from one rep to another. This place is a joke. I filed a grievance and let’s see if something comes out of it. Supervisor like to back up their unprofessional employees. The call was related for an MRI for my mom and never had problem with insurances before. Guess what, they said if I want to then I can change my insurance. Yes I know I can change it weirdos. They are so arrogant and barely helpful. May be they need to find better jobs. Have Ambetter (non-medicaid) that I pay almost $400 a month for as a small business owner. Really disappointing customer service with robotic, unhelpful, scripted call takers… Every time I go to a clinic they say “We don’t take Medicaid…” and it’s literally accepted basically nowhere.
Worst customer service ever, not just insurance wise, but ever. Given names of participating doctors to only be told when trying to schedule an appontment, that the doctors office doesn't honor Ambetter insurance. Spoke with at least seven people in Ambetter customer service the past two days for a total over 6 hours. Hung up on three times. Could not stress enough DO NOT use this insurance company even if you have to pay more for a reputable company.
