I had my birthday at Cooper's every year with my daughter for 19 years along with several other special occasions but no more...I have had some bad service but never to the extent you did. I will let my friends and relatives know how bad you were taken care of.. that is just not right...I should not have let the bad service I had go .. Next time I will just leave... they don't deserve the business..... thanks for the heads up....
We arrived for dinner about 9:45 pm. Food was a B. We both got the stuffed flounder that was smothered in so much sauce that we wondered what was REALLY underneath. I asked for some Old Bay on my steamed broccoli to add some flavor, but it must have annoyed the chef, since it was covered with about a tablespoon of seasoning. But the service was abysmal, from the ten minutes we waited for a server, to the tag team servers who were not communicating with each other.
