I go to Coopers Seafood annually as a tradition. This year was the last year. The train room was booked so oh well the whale room would be fine. I was seated and proceeded to wait and wait. A family was seated two booths away from me and after another waiting period they were greeted by the waitress. I don't mind waiting for service but when a table is seated after me and then waited on before me that doesn't cut it. Well on to a new place to go and new tradition. Too bad I really loved that place.
The place is nice and the wait staff do a good job. However, all 5 of our meals were overcooked and tasted terrible. Nothing about it made me want to return.
Seated for 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us.....went to go to the other side of the ship and they said there was a wait....we left without even a sorry.....really has gone downhill and fell bad because it was my husbands birthday
From service to to beer list a great time. And if 300 bottled beers isn't enough there are hours of things to see, remember, and appreciate surrounding you. Ten thumbs up!!!

I just would first like to say that I have never been treated as badly as I was this evening at coopers waterfront! Our waitress was extremely nice and very on target with our service, now to get the part where I ordered steak and crab legs! Steak ordered medium, came out well done, crab legs were over done and most of the meat was gone when I got to the claw I noticed a fowl taste thought could it be the butter, no it was the crab had a smell of Ammonia! We waited 45 minutes and then I had to go get a waitress, food was okay.
My fiancee and I were there for a birthday celebration dinner and had the most horrible experience either of us have ever had. That was June 27th and after several phone calls and two weeks nothing has been done to remedy this. The bisque was tasteless, the steak dry as shoe leather, the lobster tasted like salted rubber, the mashed potatoes looked like a blob of greyish yellow slime and the live band playing at 6pm was completely obnoxious.
