Best restaurant I ever ate at... I wish I could afford to go more often.
Overall the food was great. However, the initial service and concern for things we needed was horrible. We had a birthday and anniversary to celebrate. Bad drinks (which they did fix). Wrong orders were received. A bottle of beer was spilled on my mother-in-law by a passing waiter (he did say sorry but there was no cleanup - for her or the floor or purse. Poor service, poor food, poor communication. No follow through.
Food was ok..I was very disappointed in the dirty martinis. Tasted very bitter. Have always enjoyed going to coopers. Don't know if we'll will go back.
Crab bisque was excellent. Lunches ok, not great. Service slow, especially getting the check.
I ordered the Lobster tail special over a pound. Absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the shrimp scampi. Again, got a big dish full. Absolutely delicious. Crab bisque as always, hot and delicious!
First time here as I was a Pittston Cooper's gal...food was awesome & our server, Luis, was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be back soon!
Went tonight to have a few drinks and enjoy a great band. The band was good, the long island ice tea was awful. I took a few sips and complained to the waitress. All I got was an apology and the bill for the drink. Seriously Coppers? What happened to customer service?
