Disappointed. Though loved the building and ship/light house theme. Was seated near bar - very loud. Food was served cold and portions seemed skimpy. Not impressed with the food. Waitress was nice but I think she had tables in an other area and was very busy. Red Lobster and Joe's Crab Shack have much better food!!
I was EXTREMELY impressed on this trip to coopers. Our waitress Jennifer was prompt, attentive and so sweet. Our food came out in a timely fashion and was delicious, our drinks were refilled quickly. The manager even came around to all of the guests to ask how we were doing and is we needed anything. Very happy with our experience! �
Drinks were not great, $8.75 for a PIna Colada that was mostly Ice Chips and at the most maybe a 9oz pour. They use Frozen Pretzels for the Crab Dipped Pretzel REALLY, you do have all ingredients in your Kitchen to make house Pretzels did you ever think of that. My husband got the oysters which had shells:( The waitress was Ok a little slow but Okay. I think this place is way overrated and over priced. Sorry but I don't think I will ever go back.
This was a pit stop on a long road trip, and we were so excited to find it. The soup starters were fantastic (New England clam chowder, alligator, and Guinness onion soup), followed by seafood entrees cooked to perfection. But apart from that was the decor: rooms and hallways filled with crazy dioramas of 60's-70's TV shows and kitch. We spent a good 20 minutes just touring the place! So much fun!
Totally enjoyed my lobster dinner. Waitress was so kind and efficient. I would go again for dinner.

Went for my Birthday Dinner. I had the Chicken Scampi with Linguini. I had a side of coleslaw too. The Chicken Scampi was excellent and the pasta was cooked just right.
Went in Thursday evening to celebrate Grandma's 71st birthday. Party of 7. Arrived after 8, room next to a party finishing up. No worries. Continuously had to ask for refills, starting with appitizers. 2 people of our party had 2 VERY displeasing meals, which were not addressed. How does one leave a restaurant hungry? How is a Manager NOWHERE to be found? Let's not even discuss the gentleman haunting the doorway which was next to our table, making us uncomfortable because he's ready to go home.
