OK, I'm gonna brag. Today I took Mom n Dad to Cooper's Old Time BBQ at the stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. As always the service and the food were above par times 100!! But today they took it up a major, major notch!! After I chose my meats, Mom, who is legally blind, began her order. If you're looking for Authentic Texas Bbq flavor, of any kind this is NOT the place to patronize. I had a chopped brisket sandwich that tasted like slop and the price was $8.49. It's sad that this place is even in the stockyards.... I had more authentic bbq at Dallas Bbq in New York City then this place.... yep I said it NEW YORK CITY (LIKE THE 90s Pace salsa commercial)
