I add salt to everything usually but even I almost had a stroke here. Meats (ribs, brisket and sausage were all so dry) just bland. And for the price ($110 for myself and one other) it’s severely overrated!

And they are not fond of those that do not understand the setup... they’re very impatient with you. You walk in and pick your meat first, but the pulled pork is ordered down the line with the sides.
