I went to this salon years ago, did nails very well and quick, used a hot towel and gave me a nice back massage. Came back expecting the same treatment… not at all. Not only does it seem like they try to do it as quick as they can to get you out of there, but there’s also at least 2 more people hovering over you. Got my “massage” and it was a karate chop on my shoulder. Also seems like the prices went up? Definitely not coming back
I've been here thousands of times and never had a problem. But I didn't get what I asked for the ombre was not ombre and my nails are clumpy and not straight. I've never had to fix my own nails until yesterday. So I probably won't be back.
