Remarkable service I must say...The customer service in the office the people were very nice and the movers who came to my house was genuinely nice, quick, and organized. I'm a little shocked at some of the reviews written about this company. I moved a 5 bedroom home on Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011 and everything went smooth from beginning to end. A young lady in the office named Marie gave me an estimate for a 3 man crew at $99/hr. It took the movers 7 hours to complete the job, which was exactly how many hours Marie quoted me. Do not use this company!!! The owner is rude, the staff is Ghetto. I over heard one of the movers sayin he had been in jail for burglary. Wow and here I am trusting these criminals with my belongings and the safety of my new home location. The owner Hung up on me when i told him of my concerns and the office staff is a bunch of ignorant, unprofessional, chickenheads! The business needs to be in The Hall Of Shame!!!
Please be advised, if you have any nice furniture that you want to see treated with care and concern DO NOT USE COOPERS MOVING & STORAGE! Yes, they are efficient and fast during the move out but that was the last time anything about Coopers that was close to being a pleasant experience. 90 days after the move they nearly sold off $20,000.00 worth of furniture because there was a billing error and they didn't know how to get a hold of me! The two gentlemen from Cooper's that moved me were awesome! They arrived 15 minutes early to my apartment and had me moved into my new condo within 2 hours! The heat was almost unbearable that day, but the movers never took a break or complained at all. They were very careful with my things and took the time to make sure that they asked where I wanted them put in my new home. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.
