Simply put..... Absolutely the best steak in town!!!! Reservations suggested but if you don't they'll do their best to accommodate you.
Customer service not so great. Called for Berkshire pork chops and was told they had them. Went directly there (10 minutes later - we live very close) and told “we’re sold out....we only have smoked pork chops and brined pork loin.” There was no engaging, proactive customer service (e.g., “if you order with us earlier in the week, we can have that...”). We celebrated my mom's birthday last weekend, August 18th to be exact, and Cooper's went above and beyond. We placed the order at the last minute, the day before, and they didn't hesitate to help us. Their brisket was tender, the sauce perfection! In fact, I'm ordering more from them today. I don't see any reason to go elsewhere for delicious BBQ...they are friendly, courteous, and willing to go that extra mile. Thank you to the owner, Mike, and their meat connoisseur, Andy. You guys rock!!!
