The food was excellent, the wine was fantastic, and the service was phenomenal. Our server Michael was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. Highly recommend you come in and ask for him.
So 10/25/2025 my wife and I along with some friends went here to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival everything was great drinks came out quick along with some appetizers. Update. Went back with a girlfriend for a wine tasting on 10/22. Our bartender was super helpful and efficient. Waited an hour on a Wednesday evening past 7pm. We waited at least 10minutes to be greeted by our server. We ordered and instructed her to bring the food out as ready, not to wait. Well 1 thing I ordered was calamari. My family was referred to Cooper’s Hawk by my brother, who’s recently become acquainted with the founder, Tim McEnery (teaching him to fly helicopters). He’s been several times and said it was the best steak around.
