Special night for a couple of seniors finding a second chance at love. Front desk check-in was superb. Personable, polite and gracious. Our server, Taylor, was a total delight. Taylor had a great sense of when to check back despite a busy night. The lobster bisque was excellent and the wines available for the red wine flight were tasty. I have been going to Cooper’s hawk in Gilbert for almost two months it’s always packed on a Friday night so I go to the bar even though I don’t drink. I’m also a singular person so I don’t want to take a full table. First time I met a lovely couple last time I went I sat next to a wonderful older lady. Took my mother in law to Cooper’s Hawk for her birthday. She had never been before and Michael was such a helpful server. She told him the wines that she usually prefers and he was able to bring some samples that she ended up really liking. He even brought me a sample of some nonalcoholic wines I didn’t even realize they carried, since I’m pregnant and couldn’t have real wine!
