The bar tender for the wine tasting was not friendly and made us feel like we we're burdening her by asking for wine. The waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there and we had to ask for silverware. She barely came to check on us. Otherwise the food I had was good.
The staff was rude, we were there to celebrate a loved ones birthday with a large group they failed to accommodate each person in our party. They ran out of food items on the limited menu we were forced to choose from, the waiter Roger was extremely passive and ignorant. He ignored requests we couldn't even get simple things like straws. We ordered steaks, were told they only come medium, so you mean to tell me I have NO choice in how my meat is cooked. All in all I would never recommend this location. Excellent customer service , elegant & cozy. I love the food no matter what you order and if you are not pleased the manager will accomadate . overall fabulous place!
� yummy food in my tummy! What i don't like is that some of their sweet wine has been taken out of the market. The club members wait just as long as non-members, no designated/VIP/exclusive areas for club members to avoid the stomach wrenching line of customers.
