After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper’s Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. We enjoy going here and ordering a few appetizers and wine. My wife and I ordered one of their wine flights, enough to share and enjoy while you wait for food. It comes with info on each of the four pours. Service is prompt and friendly. We would probably done here more often, but the noise level is high on busy nights. Suggest you make reservations.
