Celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday and his retirement at Cooper’s Hawk on May 25th. We rented the Loft and had appetizers and wine (of course). The servers, Matt and Michelle, we fabulous. Both were very attentive to everyone which gave me the opportunity to enjoy the party as well. I highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk, Arlington Heights as a great place to celebrate any occasion.
Excellent service! Wine member for few years now, only down fall is that almost everytime the food comes out over cooked or under cooked. But they do remake and take off the bill. Other then that the food is pretty good !
The waitress was very good. She never appeared annoyed if she was asked for something. Just a pleasant individual. The atmosphere was great. Much larger than the other restaurants that they have. Was in Mt Prospect and decided to take my niece there for her birthday. Food was good as well.
Great food Excellent wine Perfect service / a tad bit to loud for me it’s like all the noise bounces off the ceiling and comes back down
We love this place;the wine tasting & food always good, but...on this particular occasion we found ourselves waiting for almost 2 hours for a table. When we were finally seated, the waitress was shocked that we waited for so long because in her words “we have not been that busy all evening”. We did noticed several empty tables. What happened?? We are not sure. We hope they do better next time .
