After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. First time coming to Coopers Hawk. We were very pleased! The bartender was great and welcoming and gave me nice recommendations for my flight of wine. They were all delicious. We had Brussels sprouts (to die for... and I never liked them before) and chicken lettuce wraps. Lots of flavors! We have one in Naples and we will definitely be going back!

Decided to take my family and friends for a birthday dinner for my daughter and wife. Atmosphere is beautiful. Well kept and up to date. Very friendly staff and very obliging. Met with friends whom swear by the restaurant. Discussed food options and decided on the surf and turf combination meal. I along with our guest ordered the Grouper and pork chop. We were there for tasting and lunch yesterday. During our tasting Francine was very personable, knowledgeable and just a great all-around host --- as was her coworker also taking care of that area. Ditto for our waiter --- but I apologize for not remembering his name. Had the Cowboy Burger and it was awesome. My wife also enjoyed her chicken piccata very much.
My daughter & I are members. We get together every month for lunch & wine tasting. Food is excellent and the staff is cordial, friendly and accommodating. Look forward to going there all the time the wine tasting staff are well informed of all the wines they serve, if you don't care for the taste of a wine they are more than happy to ask if you would like to try something different. Love , love , love this place!
