After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper’s Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. Came in for a wine tasting and bought a membership! Great deal as our wine tasting was covered!
It was super busy so we sat in the bar. Our waitress was wonderful! Unfortunately the food was not so great. I was served raw potatoes and my daughter was served an under seasoned and tough piece of chicken. 🙁

I went with a fairly large group. The food was pretty decent (the crispy Brussels Sprouts were ok, but not amazing for the price). The peanut butter chocolate chip cookie Sunday thing was excellent. I had the braided short rib Gnocchi and the taste was great (and it was very filling). I brought most of my meal home because I ate SO MUCH of the pretzel bread which was amazing. Loved the atmosphere,wine n food selections. However parking was an issue but don’t let that stop u from the experience!!

The wine is excellent and so is the food.
I just sat at the bar and had a few glasses of wine. Andrew the bartender is such a people person. He's so friendly and going. He treats you like family not a customer. He keeps me coming back and telling all my friends about Coopers Hawk.
