WARNING: I found a property listed by this agency on craigslist. My realtor contacted their agent who gave us lock box access to see property. After I agreed to put in an offer the Agent informed us it would be $100 dollars for app fee which was refundable if I did not qualify. The next day after we gave the $100 for app fee we where contacted by Agent who said he could not believe we only gave a $100 app fee and correct App fee was $1000.00 the application document also says on it App fee is not REFUNDABLE even if applicant... read more

Our realtor Hilda is amazing. We've been dealing with her for some time now whenever we're looking for a new place. She's not like some realtors I've dealt with in the past where they show you places that your not looking for and get upset when you don't close on anything they've shown you because it's not what you need/want. #HildaRocks #RentalsAndPurchases

Today may 22nd i went to this office in hollywood a lady come out from the and greet us then gave a application to fill out and tell us somebody's coming to help after 30 minutes a black man name Christopher c walk in with 2 other clients.
